SimCam store accepts order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
If customers are not completely satisfied with the product purchased from SimCam store, they can return it within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that show any signs of wear, or that are not packaged like new with all accessories and manuals will not be accepted under this return policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the serial number. And we will email you a notification with the shipping address for return.
Customers will have to pay all the return shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
