Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day after confirmations of your payment receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Chinese holidays.


You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The delivery time may be 7-20 business days depending on delivery service, delivery address and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SimCam store is not responsible for any duties, taxes or VAT applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers. The custom policy may vary in different countries. We encourage you to check the local customs policy and potential costs before placing an order with us. If you have any requests on the custom declaration documents, please send us email at info@simcam.ai.


If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, or fail to provide necessary information that is required by the customs, the products will be returned to SimCam at the customers’ expense. We will refund you the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. If customers want to re-ship the order, you will need to pay an additional fee according to the rate of shipping companies.


Damages

SimCam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please check if the order is completed and undamaged before you accept the delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping cost or any other additional cost. Please check your address and phone number is correct before placing the order. We cannot change the delivery address after the order is shipped out.
